Right of Return / Replacement
In the event of a real defect, the buyer is entitled to an alternative at no cost to him
- Replacing it or
- A reduction in value proportional to the defect or
- Withdrawal from the sale of the product.
The consumer has the right to demand the replacement of the product free of charge if:
- The order has been placed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging is delivered.
- The consumer should contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on the phone 2105740339 or our email email@example.com, in order to point out the problem and approve its return.
- If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, that it has not been used and is in its packaging in the condition it was received.
- In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (receipt of purchase, warranty, instructions for use, gelatins) and in its original packaging.
- Returns are made with the postal company that the store will indicate to customers and at the expense of the store.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. This period starts from the receipt of the products. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the online store must return to the consumer the money he paid for the purchase of the product, including the initial shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he was informed of the withdrawal.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:
- Applies to a product for which there has NOT been a previous personalized order, such as conversions or a product that is not in our catalog.
- Complete and send the relevant withdrawal form that is granted to him when placing the order.
- The product has not been worn or used beyond testing and no modifications have been made.
- City Leather store tags and product tags have not been removed or damaged in any way.
- All documents accompanying the product, such as the warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase, are returned.
- The product is shipped in the packaging in which it was received.
- An email is sent to the address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating return and mentioning the order code.
The City Leather store bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the City Leather store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally offset his claim against the claim of customer.
